Thank you to all who helped make TOSCON#17 a successful learning, sharing conference.

Special thanks to the organizing team leaders: Carolyn Bergshoeff, Tania Iveson, and Arlene Samlalsingh, to the TESL Executive members who work hard behind the scenes at this and every event, and our event day volunteers.

Special thanks to our exhibitors.

Special thanks to our presenters.

And lastly, special thanks to all of the attendees.

Together we do our best work.

We look forward to incorporating the feedback and suggestions we heard into TOSCON#18 and the rest of our event line-up for next year.

Thank you for supporting our TESL Toronto chapter.

Join us for #TOSCON17, a perennial favourite of the TESLTO event season!

Start by rejuvenating with Friday night cocktails and special sessions to learn a non-teaching practice that helps you focus on you.

Follow up with PD; Saturday boasts an impressive line-up of sessions ranging in industry from LINC to EAP and more. From annual favourites to first-time presenters TOSCON17 offers something for everyone. We encourage you to view this year’s program. All sessions will seat on a first-come basis. No need to preregister for specific sessions.

Not to be forgotten is our Plenary speaker this year, Chuck Sandy, who will also be running a special Friday evening session called The Writer’s Retreat: a Workshop Approach. Chuck Sandy is a teacher, teacher developer, motivational speaker, and author. In addition to his work as a cofounder and director of iTDi, Chuck gives workshops and runs writing retreats both on and offline.

We hope you’re able to join us this year. And keep an eye on the TOSCON Facebook page as we’ll be profiling some of TOSCON17’s sessions for you.
