Our September Event speaker, Shelly Terrell, spoke to us about her 30 Goals Challenge for Educators, which began in 2010.  This year, its 3rd iteration has just begun with “Goal 1: Create your Me Manifesto”. Her series includes 30 general goals for teachers to step out of their comfort zones, improve their classrooms and share experiences with others.

Please click here to read more about this goal, including a short term and long term version of the goal as well as other ways to connect with the global staffroom. We’d love for you to participate this year, so if you blog about your experiences, let us know.  We’ll tweet your post (if you don’t have one, might we suggest WordPress or Edublogs to start) and share it on our Facebook group.  Remember, it’s not a race; take your time.
